NATE RODGERS

Nate Rodgers is a certified private personal trainer with over a decade of experience in this industry. With this knowledge and experience, he has helped over hundreds of clients transform their lives, both physically and mentally. As a former elite collegiate athlete, Nate understands the importance of physical and mental health. While Juggling both football and college coursework, Nate struggled academically but through sacrifice and discipline, he was able to graduate in the top 10% of his class.

After college, Nate quickly learned the negative effects of not staying active and not creating healthy eating habits. He later understood that staying active plays a vital part in living a healthy, happy, and meaningful life.

Through years of experience as a health and fitness coach, Nate has developed essential interpersonal skills that have pushed him to grow as a professional. Effective communication and execution of a game plan have been two key skill sets that have driven the success of his online coaching.
